The call that does not connect
One busy line at nine in the morning and the patient dials the next hospital on the list. Nobody records it as a loss, because it never became a booking.
Healto puts your departments, doctors and session times where patients already look — their phone. They choose a real slot, settle the booking online and arrive with a token number, so your front desk stops rebuilding the day's list over the telephone.
Healto is a patient access platform. Hospitals and clinics list their departments, doctors and session times with us; patients find them, book a real slot and pay, all before they leave home.
We are not a hospital and we do not practise medicine. We handle the part in between — discovery, scheduling, payment and the queue — so a patient's first contact with your hospital is a confirmed appointment rather than an engaged tone.
Everything is built on one rule: what a patient sees has to be what your schedule actually says. You keep control of sessions, capacity and fees. We make them bookable.
Three steps, numbered on screen so nobody loses their place: who the appointment is for, when it is, and how it gets paid. Your doctor, your session times and your fee — shown exactly as you entered them.
Themselves or a family member saved once and reused. Name, contact, date of birth and the reason for the visit reach your desk before they do.
A week of dates and your published slots for the one they pick. The token number is issued here, at booking, not at your counter.
The platform fee is settled online to hold the slot. The consultation fee is theirs to pay at your counter or online — itemised either way, with no surprises.
Free for patients. They pay your consultation fee and nothing on top of it.
The care is not the problem. Getting to it is. Three ordinary things cost hospitals appointments every day.
One busy line at nine in the morning and the patient dials the next hospital on the list. Nobody records it as a loss, because it never became a booking.
The list is written, rewritten and read out at the counter. By eleven nobody is certain who is coming, who has paid, or which slot is genuinely free.
A no-show at eleven is an hour of specialist time that cannot be sold twice, while someone who wanted that hour was told to come back tomorrow.
A listing patients can find, a schedule they can book against, money that arrives before they do, and a queue already in order when the doors open.
Your hospital appears to patients nearby with the departments you run, the doctors who staff them, your address and your consultation fees. Multispeciality hospitals and single-doctor clinics are both first-class.
Publish morning and evening sessions per doctor, set slot length and capacity, and block a day when someone is in theatre. Patients only ever see what you have opened.
The platform fee is taken online through Razorpay to hold the slot. The consultation fee is settled at your counter or online, itemised before they confirm.
Token numbers are issued at booking, not at your counter, so the corridor sorts itself out before anyone arrives.
Razorpay payouts arrive matched to appointment IDs, so reconciliation is a lookup rather than an argument.
Patients reschedule or cancel in the app. The slot returns to your pool immediately and the next patient can take it.
Confirmation when the booking is made and a nudge before the patient needs to leave. Fewer forgotten appointments, fewer empty chairs.
Who is booked, who has paid, who has been seen and what is still open — per doctor, per session, for today and tomorrow.
Healto sits beside the systems you already run. The only thing that changes on day one is that patients can find you and book.
Cardiology and Neurology through to Dentistry, Radiology and Psychiatry.
UPI, cards and netbanking, all settled through Razorpay.
Patients book at two in the morning for a ten o'clock slot. Your desk need not be open.
Nothing for your IT team to deploy, and nothing for your staff to relearn.
Nothing to install and nothing to migrate. We work from the schedule you already keep, and you approve the listing before a single patient sees it.
Your departments, the doctors who staff them, their qualifications and consultation fees, and where patients should walk in.
Departments, doctor profiles and location go in, and you review the whole thing before it is published. Nothing goes live without your sign-off.
Set morning and evening sessions per doctor with slot length and capacity. That schedule is exactly what patients are offered — nothing more.
Each one carries the patient's name, the slot, the token number and how the consultation fee is being settled.
Sample copy — replace with your customers' approved quotes before launch.
The difference shows up first in the places hardest to measure: the phone that stops ringing, and a corridor that knows what order it is in.
Our reception used to spend the whole morning on the phone rewriting the day's list. Now the list writes itself, and the desk has time for the people standing in front of it.Fewer calls at the desk
No-shows were the quiet cost nobody measured. Once a booking took a card and a token number to make, the empty slots at eleven mostly stopped happening.Fewer unfilled slots
I see the day the night before, in order, with names and token numbers. That sounds small until you have spent years walking into a corridor and guessing. The queue arrives in order

No. There is nothing to install and no migration. Healto runs alongside your existing register or HMS — you publish sessions with us and keep working the way you do now.
It depends on your size and how many departments you list, so we quote it properly rather than guess in public. Tell us what you run in the form below and we will come back with a figure.
The work is mostly ours. You send your departments, doctors and session times, we build the listing, and you approve it before it is published. Nothing reaches patients until you have signed it off.
You do. By default the patient pays a small platform fee online to hold the slot and settles the consultation fee at your counter, exactly as your cashier handles it today. Patients who choose to pay in full online are settled to your account through Razorpay, matched to the appointment ID so it reconciles line by line.
Block the session and those slots stop being offered immediately. Patients already booked are notified, and refunds follow the policy you set and that they saw at the time of booking.
No. The app is free, and the only amount a patient pays is your consultation fee, shown in full before they confirm. Nothing is added on top of it.
There is no sales queue to join. Sign up, add your departments and doctors, choose a plan and publish your first session — the whole thing happens in your own account.
Free to start, a trial on every paid plan, and nothing to install.
